Welcome to Gaja Therapy

Gaja Therapy provides in-person (located on Energy Park Drive, St Paul) and online psychotherapy/counseling services by licensed therapists  within the state of Minnesota.

 

In Sanskrit, Gaja refers to the elephant. The elephant symbolizes that which holds deep wisdom, inner knowing, connection to the earth, creativity, matriarchy, and power in community.

 

As a client at Gaja, you will get to know yourself more deeply, connect with your body's healing capacity, develop stability both internally and communally, and find healing from the things that hold you back from living the life you want to live. Therapists at Gaja enjoy working with folks who hold marginalized identites. Including but not limited to BIPOC, internationals, immigrants, and LGBTQIA2S folx.
